Items in stock are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Personalising items may cause shipping to be delayed by a few days.
As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive an invoice and a shipment tracking (from Shipcloud) to your email address. The shipment will then be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. If you have not received a shipment tracking, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Number of shipments
Due to the fact that we have several warehouse locations, it is possible that you will receive your orders in several deliveries. As a rule, this information is already given on the order confirmation. The shipping service provider (UPS or DHL) is determined automatically based on the storage location and the parcel volume. On the day on which we ship certain products of your order from one of our warehouses, you will only receive an invoice for these shipped products. We do not charge the customer any additional shipping costs for such deliveries.
