    Aqua Glue has been specially developed for wet goalkeeper’s latex, unlike standard care products available from chemists, such as those containing Vaseline. Whilst Vaseline leaves an oily film on the latex, which tends to reduce grip on the ball, Aqua Glue provides genuine tackiness on wet surfaces, with no waiting time at all. Furthermore, products containing petroleum jelly are almost impossible to wash out completely; residues build up with every use and, in the long term, damage the latex. Furthermore, they attract dust and dirt, which further reduces grip and shortens the glove’s lifespan. Aqua Glue, on the other hand, is part of the KEEPERsport Care System and washes out without leaving any residue; consequently, it cares for the latex rather than damaging it in the long term.

The right amount

A fingertip’s worth of Aqua Glue is more than enough to achieve the best results. Using too much of the product does not provide any extra grip; on the contrary, a layer that is too thick can impair your feel for the ball and is more difficult to wash out completely afterwards. Simply rub a fingertip’s worth into the palm of your hand – that’s it; it’s ready to use with no drying time required. After the match, clean your gloves as usual with KEEPERsport Glove Cleaner to prevent any residue from building up.
