The new Nike Phantom 6 Low Academy TF from the Break'Em Pack: the football boot for hard surfaces, from the Phantom silo of Matt Freese.
The dense multi-stud pattern made of abrasion-resistant rubber spreads pressure evenly and grips on turf carpet, hard courts and street-soccer surfaces. The foam midsole cushions the hard ground, and the NikeSkin upper over engineered mesh shrugs off asphalt battles too. The ankle-free low cut gives the goalkeeper full freedom of movement.
THE KEEPER CHECK
On hard ground cushioning counts: the midsole softens landings after saves, and the many flat studs hold through quick changes of direction in the box. The grippy NikeSkin zone secures goal kicks and build-up play. The control DNA comes from the Phantom, worn in goal by England's James Trafford and the Netherlands' Robin Roefs.
