The new Nike Phantom 6 High Academy TF: the high-cut football boot with ankle support for hard surfaces.
The tall Flyknit collar wraps the ankle for added support during quick movements. The dense multi-stud pattern made of abrasion-resistant rubber spreads pressure evenly and grips on turf carpet, hard courts and street-soccer surfaces, and the foam midsole cushions the hard ground. The NikeSkin upper over engineered mesh gives a grippy touch zone for secure ball contact.
THE KEEPER CHECK
On hard ground, cushioning counts for a goalkeeper: the tall collar steadies the ankle, the foam midsole softens landings, and the many flat studs hold through quick changes of direction. The NikeSkin zone secures goal kicks and build-up play. The control DNA comes from the Phantom, worn in goal by England's James Trafford and the Netherlands' Robin Roefs.
