Products can be ordered in our KEEPERsport Online Shop with one of the following three methods:

Follow these steps to complete order:
1. Find the product, select size and quantity, click the Add to Basket button.
2. You can continue shopping or proceed to the Shopping Basket using the Shopping Basket button on the top right.
3. Select payment method and click the Checkout button.
4. Select delivery method, enter your Billing and/or Delivery address into the forms provided and other notes like personalisation or comments.
5. Confirm that you accept our Terms and Conditions, click the To your Order button.
6. Double check your order and payment details and click the Complete Order button.

KEEPERsport price is the selling price which is lower than the market price or the recommended price by the suppliers.
KEEPERsport price is valid for all customers in our online shop KEEPERsport.co.uk and is provided at the date of the order.
List price or regular selling price is recommended by the supplier or manufacturer of the product. This price is significantly higher than the KEEPERsport price.
Europe Delivery:
In addition each order will be charged shipping costs of € 15,00.
Worldwide/Rest of the World Delivery:
In addition each order will be charged shipping costs of € 25,00.
Delivery Informations:
1. Please enter your billing address and (if different) the delivery address.
2. Your order will be delivered quickly and securely by using traceable methods. A signature will be required upon delivery.
3. Due to different national customs procedures may take the delivery longer.
4. If you can't find your country in the "country field" (step 2), check your shipping (Europe/Worldwide) or the country specific online-shop. Click the right flag button or check all countries at www.keepersport.eu.
Replacments & Refunds
The items can be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 10 working days of your purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept a returned item that has been used or personalized.
Instructions
Please send us the items in their original condition and packaging absolutely free of charge. We do not credit any postage for items to our selves, if you return items for replacement, we despatch the replacement goods to you free of charge. The returns form must include your article number, size and cause of exchange or refund. In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.
